I’m Christelle Donaghy, and I developed this program as a result of years and years of experience.

I’m a pre- and postnatal yoga teacher who has been practicing yoga since 2003. I’m also a qualified nurse and have worked as a nurse in France, New Caledonia, and Northern Ireland and delivered babies in hospital settings. First Trimester:

Your body is adapting to having a new life inside. We believe that at this stage of pregnancy it is best not to practise yoga postures. That’s why we developed guided meditations to increase your body awareness, help you relax, and get prepared for physical yoga in the second trimester.

Second trimester:

Your baby is growing quickly. You look noticeably pregnant, your uterus enlarges and your heart rate increases. Your body has now had time to adapt.
